The front door opens into a hall (12.5m2) with the original old cement tile floor.
To the right of the hall, a door opens into the living room (30m2) with an attractive fireplace.
To the back of the hall, a door opens to the stairs leading to the first floor and a second door leads to the WC.
To the left of the hall there are two doors, one for an office (12m2) and the second to the dining room (15.45m2), with a door leading from the dining room back into the office.
From the dining room, another door opens to the kitchen (23m2) then to the back kitchen / utility room (11m2).
At the top of the stairs, a large landing provides access to five bedrooms (8m2, 11m2, 10m2, 12m2, 10m2 and 11m2) as well as to the bathroom.
At the back of the house and to one side of the house there are outbuildings.
From the back kitchen / utility room there is access, one enters directly into a store room at the end of which is the old distillery, complete with its still.
To the side of the house there is also an old stable.
On one side of the courtyard, there is an open-sided outbuilding which provides covered parking for several vehicles. In addition to this there is another large open-sided outbuilding (more modern and more agricultural).
At the front of the property, there is an enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn. Next to this, in front of the outbuildings is large gravel courtyard.
Then at the back of the house and outbuildings there is a large plot of land about 1 hectare, ideal for horses for example.
The house has a lot of potential, especially thanks to the attached outbuildings which could be converted into several gites if necessary (subject to the necessary permits).
The house requires some work - it is equipped with oil-fired central heating. It is very well situated, in a quiet hamlet only 4km from the centre of Matha, a village with all amenities.
