The main house


The main entrance opens into an entrance hall (21m2) off which is a shower room (shower and WC). In the hall there are two staircases, each leading to a bedroom (11m2 and 14m2), both bedrooms are in the eaves with limited head-heights.

At the end of the living room, another door opens to a third bedroom (9m2) and a staircase leading down to the garden beside the river, with a small room that serves as a storage room.


Gite 2


The main entrance of the second gite is from the garden next to the river, and one enters directly into the living room (34m2) which is separated in two, with a living area and a few steps up the kitchen / dining room.


A wooden staircase leads upstairs to a first bedroom (11m2) and then continues up to a second bedroom and a shower room (4m2) with shower and WC.


Outbuildings


Below the main house there is the mill's machine room, then there are several rooms under the house which are used as a storage rooms and at the end of the house there is an open-sided barn.
