The house can be access via a number of external doors. From the garden to the front a door opens to the kitchen (6.4m x 3.4m = 23m2) with tiled floor, exposed stone walls and exposed beam ceiling. To the back of the kitchen a door opens to the dining room (6m x 3.5m = 21m2) with terracotta tiled floor, large fireplace, exposed beam ceiling and a part-glazed door to the terrace next to the kitchen.
To the far end of the dining room a short flight of steps rises up to the sitting room (9.5m x 4m = 38m2) with wooden floor, exposed beam ceiling and a part-glazed door to the garden.
To the side of the dining room a door opens to a hallway, off which is a shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC). To the left of the hall a door opens to a bedroom (5.3m x 3.6m = 19m2) with tiled floor and a pair of glazed doors that open to a courtyard to the rear of the house. Also off the hall is a laundry room with access to a small independent courtyard which has its own access to the little lane.
A flight of stairs rises from the hall to a landing, off which are two bedrooms (5m x 3.5m = 17.5m2 and 3.5m x 3m = 10.5m2) as well as a shower room (shower, twin wash-basins and WC).
A flight of stairs rises from the sitting room to another bedroom (4.9m x 3.4m = 16.5m2) which also has a dressing area and direct access to the shower room. Off this bedroom is another room (about 22m2) with limited head-height which makes a great office/study/over-flow sleeping space.
Cellar and outbuildings
Below the sitting room (and accessed from the garden) is a cellar. In addition to this there is a good-size outbuilding which provides useful storage (and which, subject to planning permission, could be converted to habitable space).
To the front of the house is an attractive walled garden planted with mature trees including a number of palm and olive trees and next to the kitchen and dining room is a paved terrace, shaded by a vine - all this gives a real Mediterranean feel. To the rear of the house is a large gravelled parking area.
