Garden level
The front door opens into the entrance hall (14 sq m) with tiled floor. A number of doors lead form the hall to the various rooms in this wing of the house. To one corner a door opens to the kitchen (18 sq m) with tiled floor and a range of fitted units. From this room there is a glazed door to the garden and a door to the dining room (there is also a door from the entrance hall to the dining room). The dining room (29 sq m) faces south-west and has a tiled floor and three sets of glazed doors opening onto the garden terrace.
To the right of the entrance hall a door opens to an informal sitting room (18 sq m - currently used as a snug/television room) with tiled floor and a fireplace. A pair of doors opens from this room back into the dining room.
