Ground floor

The front door opens into the sitting room (29 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and a stone fireplace. From here a doorway leads to an internal room (11 sq m) which acts as an office as well as having the staircase to the first floor. This room has an exposed stone feature wall. From this room a short passageway provides access to a ground floor shower room (with plumbing for washing machine), a WC and a store room that also houses the gas-fire central heating boiler.
