Charente Immobilier is a registered French real estate agency based in the riverside town of Jarnac in the Poitou Charente and covering the Charente river valley between Saintes and Angoulême. Our territory includes the historic town of Cognac and the pretty towns and villages dotted on either side of the river, such as Barbezieux, Segonzac, Rouillac, Matha, Chassors, Aigre, Chalais, Châteauneuf and Sigogne. We have a large number of French properties in our portfolio, ranging from barns and houses for renovation, water mills, fine traditional stone houses, gîtes, charentaises, longères, maisons de maître, logis and château.
